Warm Chocolate Chia Pudding


  • 1 cup sweetened soy milk
  • 2.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2, 3 drops vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  • In a small saucepan add the soy milk and put it on medium high heat
  • Add chia seeds, flaxseeds mean and cacao powder and stir
  • Once it starts to thicken up, add maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt and continue stirring up until your chia pudding looks nice and smooth for 1,2 minutes
  • Remove from heat
  • If your pudding is not too thick, don’t worry because once it cools down a little bit it will thicken up
  • Top it off with your toppings of choice (I added banana, granola, shredded coconut and peanut butter) and enjoy!
