Perfect Dill Hummus Dip |Vegan


I know I’m not the only one who ends up with a bunch of herbs in the fridge and doesn’t know what to do with them. Today I found myself stuck with a bunch of dill that didn’t have much life left to it, so I came up with an idea to use it in a delicious and refreshing dip for my veggies for a quick and healthy lunch.
This is a quick and simple recipe to use your leftover dill and create a flavorful side dish. All you need is some plain store bought hummus, some olive oil, a clove of garlic and lemon juice for flavor, water to thin out the consistency a bit and of course dill. Bonus ingredient is some everything bagel seasoning to add more flavor!
You simply throw everything in a blender and blend until you have a smooth consistency! In just a few minutes and with using a few simple ingredients you can create a beautiful vegan dip that’s super healthy, packed with nutrients and rich in protein!
Easy Tofu Feta Cheese| Vegan

An simple veggie dip with hummus and lot of refreshing dill .
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain store bought hummus
- juice from half a lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh cut dill
- 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp cold water
Directions
- Put all your ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. You should be able to see some pieces of the dill.
- Serve in a bowl and add some more olive oil and fresh dill if you would like. Serve with vegetables or crackers of your choice.
